Buying for one sport?

Each sport has its own site with the full range — same company, same factory.

Before you write to us

What should I include in a first message?

The sport, roughly how many pieces, and your colours. Those three lines are enough for a real number. Everything else — logo files, size lists, personalisation — can follow once the conversation has started.

How quickly will I hear back?

A written answer the same working day, in our hours. If a question needs a look at the production floor before it can be answered honestly, we say that rather than guessing at it.

Can I talk to somebody rather than fill in a form?

Call or WhatsApp — both reach people with access to the factory rather than a call centre. The form exists because coaches tend to be free at ten at night, not because we prefer it.

Do I have to know what I want before contacting you?

No, and most programs do not. A photo of last season’s kit and a rough roster size is a perfectly good starting point; working out the rest is the part we are for.

Is a quote binding?

It is a written price with a date on it, and it holds for the period stated on it. Nothing is committed until you approve the proof, and the mockup stage carries no obligation at all.

Do you charge for mockups?

No. We draw the kit in your colours and revise it until you are happy before any money is discussed, and you are free to walk away at that point.

Can I send a design I already have?

Please do. A layout, a sketch, a photo of an old jersey — anything concrete is worth more than a paragraph describing it, and vector artwork for logos is worth most of all.

What if I am not the person who approves the spend?

Common, and worth saying up front. We will put the quote in a form you can forward, with the numbers and the dates in it rather than buried in a conversation.

Do you work outside the US?

Yes. Freight and lead time change; the manufacturing does not. Raise it in the first message, because it affects the delivery date more than anything happening in the factory.

What if we are only asking for next season?

That is the best time to ask. Programs that start the conversation early get the date they want, and there is no cost to talking to us months before ordering.
