These terms cover how ZEE Sports Wear quotes for and produces custom team uniforms. Your written quote is the specific agreement; where the two differ, the quote wins.

Quotes and mockups

Mockups are free and carry no obligation. A quote states the garment, decoration, quantity and delivery date it is based on, and holds for the period written on it. Changing any of those may change the price, and we will tell you before anything is made.

Artwork approval

Nothing goes into production until you approve the artwork and the sizing in writing. Because every item is made to your specification, that approval is what we manufacture against — please check names, numbers and spellings carefully.

Your artwork

When you send us a logo or design you confirm you are entitled to have it reproduced. We do not reproduce third-party marks — team crests, leagues, brands — without evidence of permission.

Custom-made goods

Items personalised for your team cannot be resold, so they are not returnable simply because they are no longer wanted. That does not affect your rights where the goods are faulty or do not match the approved artwork and sizing.

If something is wrong

Tell us as soon as the order arrives. We will compare what you received against what was approved and put right anything that is on us — a remake, a replacement, or a refund of the affected items.

Delivery dates

We give a date in writing with the quote and plan production to it. Where a date cannot be met we tell you as soon as we know, rather than after it has passed.
