Every sport asks something different of a fabric and a pattern — a jersey that has to take contact is a different garment from one that has to survive a dive on a court. We build to those differences rather than printing one template nineteen ways.

Contact changes everything
Every other sport we make for asks a garment to move well. Football asks it to move well while being pulled, landed on, and worn over hard plastic. That single difference runs through the fabric weight, the seam construction and the way a number is applied.

Indoors, and always moving
Volleyball kit sits closer to the body than anything else we make, and it meets a hard floor several times a set. Those two facts decide the fabric: light enough to move in, with enough stretch to move with a player rather than against them, and enough substance to survive the abrasion.

The endurance kit
Soccer kit is worn continuously for ninety minutes, outdoors, often in weather that changes during the match. It needs to breathe when a player is running and not chill them when they stop, which puts it in a narrower fabric window than the indoor sports.

Indoor, loose, and hot
Basketball is played indoors, at pace, in a garment cut deliberately loose. That combination makes airflow the dominant specification — more than weight, more than stretch — which is why mesh and micromesh do most of the work in this sport and very little in the others.

Plackets, pinstripes and twill
Baseball is the one sport we make for where the look is not a matter of taste but of type. A full-button placket, a two-button, a V-neck and a pullover are four different garments with four different histories, and a program usually knows which one it wants before it knows anything else.

Built over the pads, not under them
A hockey jersey is the only garment we make that is fitted over a full set of upper-body protection. That changes its length, its sleeve, its collar and its weight, and it is why a jersey graded up from a soccer pattern looks wrong the moment a player pulls it over shoulder pads.

Four-way stretch, cut for the mat
A singlet is the smallest garment we make and the least forgiving. It has to stretch in every direction, come back to shape after two hundred washes, hold a full-colour design across seams that run over the hip, and give an opponent nothing to hold.

Reinforced where the tackle lands
Football kit is built to be hit. Rugby kit is built to be held. A rugby jersey is grabbed by the collar, the sleeve and the back for eighty minutes, and it has to survive that without a seam giving, which is why it is the heaviest and most reinforced jersey in the factory.

Airflow over armour
Lacrosse borrows from three sports at once. The jersey is cut over shoulder pads like hockey, it is a sleeveless mesh like basketball, and the practice culture runs on reversible pinnies the way basketball does. The result is a garment with its own pattern that is not any of the three.

Grams matter, seams matter more
A racing singlet weighs almost nothing and is worn for a few minutes at maximum effort. Every other garment we make is judged on how it looks and how long it lasts; this one is judged on whether the athlete notices it at all.

Dress, skort, polo and short, from one dye batch
A tennis team wears more different garments than any other team we make for. One squad can be in dresses, skorts, polos and shorts on the same afternoon, and the uniform only reads as a uniform if all four come out the same colour.

Chlorine-resistant, sublimated, sized to the body
Every other garment we make is washed. A swimsuit is soaked in chlorine for an hour a day, and ordinary spandex loses its stretch within a season of that. The fabric a team suit is made from is chosen for chlorine resistance first and everything else second.

Light, collared, and ordered in odd sizes
A pickleball club orders kit for a membership, not a squad. The sizes run from youth to extra-large in the same order, the ages run wider than any other sport we serve, and the garment has to work for a player who competes and a player who plays on Tuesday mornings.

The dart shirt is its own garment. It is cut loose so nothing pulls at the throwing arm, it is collared and buttoned like a polo, and it is printed edge to edge in a way no other sport asks for — sponsors across the chest, a name across the back, a design that fills every panel.

Gamer tags, sponsor sleeves, small runs
An esports jersey is never worn to play a sport. It is worn on a stream, on a stage and in a team photograph, and its job is to read as a team from a webcam. That changes what matters: contrast, the size of the tag on the back, how a sponsor logo sits on a sleeve that is always in frame.

A tournament fishing shirt is worn for ten hours in direct sun, gets wet, and has to dry on the body. It is the only garment we make where the fabric is chosen for what it blocks rather than for what it lets through.

Four-way stretch, seams placed for the apparatus
A leotard has more in common with a wrestling singlet than with anything else we make: a single stretch garment with almost no seams, worn tight, printed edge to edge. What is different is the movement. A gymnast inverts, twists and lands, and the leotard has to stay exactly where it was through all of it.

Matched to the team, sized to the dog
A dog jersey is ordered for two reasons: a supporters’ table at a club, and a team that wants its mascot in the photograph. Either way it is printed to match the human kit, which means it is a colour-matching job first and a novelty second.

Tees, compression, hoodies, coaching polos
Training wear is not worn to compete. It is worn to train, five days a week, and it is washed after every session, so a training garment meets the washing machine more often than any game jersey does. That is where it is specified: a knit that holds its colour and its shape through two hundred washes.

The colour does not change. One dye batch and one print calibration produce one school navy, which is why a department ordering across sports gets kit that reads as one program rather than five interpretations of a brand guide.
Almost everything else does. Patterns are per sport, because a football jersey worn over pads and a volleyball shirt are not the same garment with different printing. Fabric weight is per sport, because an indoor court and a baseball infield ask opposite questions. Reinforcement is per sport, because kit fails where the sport puts stress on it.
That is the whole reason these sport pages exist separately rather than as one page about teamwear. The manufacturing genuinely differs, and pretending it does not is how a program ends up with a garment specified for somebody else’s sport.
If you read one thing per sport, read this.
Shoulder and sleeve are where a jersey fails first, and where the difference between makers shows soonest. Everything else on a football garment is secondary to that.
A close-fitting garment on a body reaching overhead needs to give in both axes. Two-way stretch is the most common wrong answer in this sport.
Ninety minutes of continuous movement makes every gram a gram carried the whole way. This is where the lightest workable fabric genuinely wins.
Bound rather than hemmed. It is where a jersey chafes, and players identify a cheap one within a single game.
Knee and seat take every slide. It is the most predictable failure in the entire range and the reason reinforcement exists.
These sport pages explain how the garments are built. They deliberately do not sell them, and that is a decision rather than an oversight.
Each sport has a site of its own, run by the same company out of the same factory, carrying the range, the sizing charts and the ordering for that sport alone. A coach shopping there never scrolls past four sports that do not apply to them, and the sizing advice on the page is specific to the garment they are actually buying.
So this site answers the manufacturing question and hands the buying question across. If what you want is to compare designs and place an order, the sport site is the faster route; if what you want is to know what is behind the garment before you commit, you are in the right place.
These nineteen are what we are set up for, with patterns and specifications built up over enough orders to be confident about them. Ask about anything else and we will tell you honestly whether we would be doing it well or doing it for the first time.
Yes, and it is the cheaper way to do it — one setup, one dye batch, one shipment. It is also the only way to guarantee the sports match each other in a photograph.
Because the garments genuinely differ. Reversibles dominate basketball and barely appear in soccer; pants are the hardest garment in baseball and irrelevant in volleyball. The range follows the sport rather than a template.
On the sport site for your sport. Each one carries the range, the sizing and the ordering — this site explains the manufacturing behind them, which is a different question.
Baseball pants and anything with twill lettering run longer than a printed jersey, and the rest are close enough that the difference is not worth planning around. What actually moves a date is approval speed, not the sport.
The colours and the crest, yes, and that is usually what a department means. The layout has to adapt, because a design that works on a long basketball jersey is cramped on a volleyball shirt and lost under football pads.
No, and we would be doing you a disservice if we did. Indoor sport wants light and breathable; baseball wants abrasion resistance; football wants weight at the grab points. One fabric across nineteen sports is one fabric that is wrong for four of them.
It is not, which catches out more programs than any other assumption here. A football jersey is cut to go over pads and a basketball jersey is cut long; a player is genuinely different sizes in the two, and each sport site carries its own chart for that reason.
Yes. Most multi-sport orders end up sublimated for playing kit and stitched or twill on jackets, which is where the physical texture earns its cost. It runs as one order either way.
Minimums are per garment rather than per sport, so a small program ordering one garment type is often fine where the same program spreading across four types is not. Send the roster and the list and we will tell you rather than guess.
Cheer, cricket, cycling, bowling, badminton, coaching staff polos — the same factory and the same process. Tell us the garment and we will say honestly whether we are the right maker for it, which sometimes means saying no.
