Every sport asks something different of a fabric and a pattern — a jersey that has to take contact is a different garment from one that has to survive a dive on a court. We build to those differences rather than printing one template five ways.

Contact changes everything
Every other sport we make for asks a garment to move well. Football asks it to move well while being pulled, landed on, and worn over hard plastic. That single difference runs through the fabric weight, the seam construction and the way a number is applied.

Indoors, and always moving
Volleyball kit sits closer to the body than anything else we make, and it meets a hard floor several times a set. Those two facts decide the fabric: light enough to move in, with enough stretch to move with a player rather than against them, and enough substance to survive the abrasion.

The endurance kit
Soccer kit is worn continuously for ninety minutes, outdoors, often in weather that changes during the match. It needs to breathe when a player is running and not chill them when they stop, which puts it in a narrower fabric window than the indoor sports.

Indoor, loose, and hot
Basketball is played indoors, at pace, in a garment cut deliberately loose. That combination makes airflow the dominant specification — more than weight, more than stretch — which is why mesh and micromesh do most of the work in this sport and very little in the others.

Plackets, pinstripes and twill
Baseball is the one sport we make for where the look is not a matter of taste but of type. A full-button placket, a two-button, a V-neck and a pullover are four different garments with four different histories, and a program usually knows which one it wants before it knows anything else.

The colour does not change. One dye batch and one print calibration produce one school navy, which is why a department ordering across sports gets kit that reads as one program rather than five interpretations of a brand guide.
Almost everything else does. Patterns are per sport, because a football jersey worn over pads and a volleyball shirt are not the same garment with different printing. Fabric weight is per sport, because an indoor court and a baseball infield ask opposite questions. Reinforcement is per sport, because kit fails where the sport puts stress on it.
That is the whole reason these five pages exist separately rather than as one page about teamwear. The manufacturing genuinely differs, and pretending it does not is how a program ends up with a garment specified for somebody else’s sport.
If you read one thing per sport, read this.
Shoulder and sleeve are where a jersey fails first, and where the difference between makers shows soonest. Everything else on a football garment is secondary to that.
A close-fitting garment on a body reaching overhead needs to give in both axes. Two-way stretch is the most common wrong answer in this sport.
Ninety minutes of continuous movement makes every gram a gram carried the whole way. This is where the lightest workable fabric genuinely wins.
Bound rather than hemmed. It is where a jersey chafes, and players identify a cheap one within a single game.
Knee and seat take every slide. It is the most predictable failure in the entire range and the reason reinforcement exists.
These five pages explain how the garments are built. They deliberately do not sell them, and that is a decision rather than an oversight.
Each sport has a site of its own, run by the same company out of the same factory, carrying the range, the sizing charts and the ordering for that sport alone. A coach shopping there never scrolls past four sports that do not apply to them, and the sizing advice on the page is specific to the garment they are actually buying.
So this site answers the manufacturing question and hands the buying question across. If what you want is to compare designs and place an order, the sport site is the faster route; if what you want is to know what is behind the garment before you commit, you are in the right place.
These five are what we are set up for, with patterns and specifications built up over enough orders to be confident about them. Ask about anything else and we will tell you honestly whether we would be doing it well or doing it for the first time.
Yes, and it is the cheaper way to do it — one setup, one dye batch, one shipment. It is also the only way to guarantee the sports match each other in a photograph.
Because the garments genuinely differ. Reversibles dominate basketball and barely appear in soccer; pants are the hardest garment in baseball and irrelevant in volleyball. The range follows the sport rather than a template.

Baseball pants and anything with twill lettering run longer than a printed jersey, and the rest are close enough that the difference is not worth planning around. What actually moves a date is approval speed, not the sport.
The colours and the crest, yes, and that is usually what a department means. The layout has to adapt, because a design that works on a long basketball jersey is cramped on a volleyball shirt and lost under football pads.
No, and we would be doing you a disservice if we did. Indoor sport wants light and breathable; baseball wants abrasion resistance; football wants weight at the grab points. One fabric across five sports is one fabric that is wrong for four of them.
It is not, which catches out more programs than any other assumption here. A football jersey is cut to go over pads and a basketball jersey is cut long; a player is genuinely different sizes in the two, and each sport site carries its own chart for that reason.
Yes. Most multi-sport orders end up sublimated for playing kit and stitched or twill on jackets, which is where the physical texture earns its cost. It runs as one order either way.
Minimums are per garment rather than per sport, so a small program ordering one garment type is often fine where the same program spreading across four types is not. Send the roster and the list and we will tell you rather than guess.
