This policy describes what ZEE Sports Wear does with the information you give us through zeesportswear.com. It is written to be read, not to be waved at a regulator.

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, team or organisation, sport, quantity, required date and the description of the kit you want. We do not ask for payment details on this website.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry: to prepare a mockup and a quote, and to contact you about that enquiry. It is emailed to our sales team and kept in our customer records. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the companies that produce your order.

Messaging you

If you message us on WhatsApp or call the number on this site, that conversation is stored with your enquiry so whoever picks it up next can see what was already discussed. We use it to answer you, not to send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Anything strictly necessary to serve the pages is handled by our hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful — an order history helps when a team reorders next season. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the phone number on our contact page and a person will answer.
